Armenia should know that the path to opening the border with Türkiye also lies through fair behavior with Azerbaijan, because on the issue of opening the border, Türkiye makes joint decisions with Azerbaijan, member of the Security and Foreign Policy Council under the President of Türkiye, professor at Yeditepe University Mesut Hakki Casin told the Turkish bureau of Report on the sidelines of the III Antalya Diplomacy Forum.
He noted that this issue is widely discussed within the forum.
“Armenia is further complicating its position by responding to the provocations of the West, in particular France. One of the most important conditions for opening the borders with Türkiye is an objective attitude towards Azerbaijan. Because Ankara, together with Baku, makes decisions on stability in the South Caucasus, as well as on the issue of opening borders," he added.
