The letter dated February 16, 2024, from Yashar Aliyev, the Permanent Representative of Azerbaijan to the UN, addressed to Secretary General Antonio Guterres regarding the 32nd anniversary of the Khojaly Genocide, has been released as an official document of the UN Security Council.
