Armenia's next hostile steps against our country in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe have once again demonstrated that this country is not interested in peace and dialogue.
On January 24, the delegation that worked the hardest to prevent the approval of the credentials of the Azerbaijani delegation at the PACE was the delegation led by the vice-speaker of the Armenian parliament and one of the key figures in the Armenia-Turkey normalization process, Ruben Rubinyan.
Rubinyan, who always talks about peace and dialogue, has proven with this ugly and insidious campaign and steps that his calls for peace and dialogue in the region have no basis.
