Chairman of the Board of Azerbaijan’s Institute of Law and Human Rights Mahammad Guluzada has called the decisions of the European Court against Azerbaijan biased and politicized, Report informs.
Guluzada was speaking at a seminar dedicated to the consideration of appeals about violations of electoral rights.
“Unfortunately, the European Court proceeds from political motives when making decisions regarding Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan lost 24 cases related to elections in the European Court. The main reason is that some documents were drawn up incorrectly,” he noted.
