Initiated by AZERTAC and jointly supported by Moldovan Azerbaijanis Congress and Azerbaijani Embassy to the country, an opening ceremony of a photo exhibition marking the 100th anniversary of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev has been held in Chisinau, Moldova.
Hosted at the Moldova State University, the photo exhibition featured photos highlighting the life and activities of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev.
In his remarks, Moldovan MP and co-chairman of the Moldova-Azerbaijan Interparliamentary Friendship Group Vitalie Jacot highlighted the unparalleled services of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev. “Thanks to Heydar Aliyev’s wisdom and knowledge, Azerbaijan has become a leading state of the region and a reliable partner participating in substantial international projects,” he noted.
The MP underlined that today the Azerbaijan-Moldova relations, which had begun to develop during Heydar Aliyev’s presidency, are those of strategic partnership.
Other speakers of the event, including First Secretary of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Moldova Ilgar Farajov, Chairman of the Moldovan Azerbaijanis Congress Elchin Bayramov also spoke of the life and activity, and the exceptional services of the National Leader in the development of Azerbaijan-Moldova relations.
The media outlets of Moldova, including MOLDPRES News Agency published articles highlighting the photo exhibition dedicated to Great Leader Heydar Aliyev.
The exhibition will run for a week.
