Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov spoke at the 10th meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).
XQ informs citing the Foreign Ministry that Jeyhun Bayramov said the strengthening relations with the OTS member countries in all areas is one of the key priorities of Azerbaijan's foreign policy.
