The Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE), Tatiana Molcean, congratulated President Ilham Aliyev on the successful chairmanship by Azerbaijan of SPECA in 2023, Report informs.
“Congratulated Azerbaijani President with successful chairmanship by Azerbaijan of SPECA in 2023. Discussed future steps to improve transport and trade connectivity along Trans-Caspian Transport Corridor and advance overall SDG progress in the region through SPECA Multi-Partner Trust Fund,” she said on X.
