Baku Military College hosts seminar on challenges in field of communication

Baku Military College hosted a seminar attended by the representatives of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ombudsman's Office, the Ministries of Defense, Labor and Social Protection of the Population, Science and Education, Health, Youth and Sports, Culture, the Military Prosecutor's Office, the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription, and the branches for Organization of work with the participants of the Patriotic War and families of Martyrs of the Baku City and District Executive Authorities, Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense told AZERTAC.

The seminar commenced with commemorating the bright memory of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev and Martyrs, who sacrificed their lives for the independence and sovereignty of Azerbaijan, as well as victims of air crash on December 25, 2024. The National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was performed.

Speaking at the event, Head of the Communication Policy Sector of the Presidential Administration Javid Musayev emphasized the necessity of establishing the right communication policy grounded in the principle of the One-Voice Strategy. He noted the necessity to take appropriate steps in interaction and efficient planning of both proactive and reactive activities in order to further advance the communication strategies of institutions.

In his speech, Chief of the Media and Public Affairs Department of the Defense Ministry, Colonel Anar Eyvazov provided detailed overview of the Ministry's Communication Strategy. He highlighted the ongoing work to consistently inform the public about the reforms and innovations implemented within the Azerbaijan Army under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Ilham Aliyev, with the aim of enhancing citizen satisfaction.

The event also addressed the progress made in the field of communication, identified the challenges encountered, and explored the ways of their solutions. It was emphasized that this seminar serves as a crucial platform for increasing collaboration and coordination within the communication sector.

At the end of the seminar, which was attended by the authorized for ideological work in the types of troops (forces), army corps and special educational institutions, a comprehensive exchange of views took place. Participants engaged in a thorough discussion, addressed mutual questions, and shared proposals related to the topic.
