As part of his official visit to the Republic of Italy, First Deputy Minister of Defense – Chief of the General Staff of the Azerbaijan Army, Colonel General Karim Valiyev met with Guido Crosetto, Minister of Defense of the Republic of Italy, the Ministry of Defense told AZERTAC.
The sides exchanged detailed views on the current state and development prospects of military cooperation between the two countries, as well as on other issues of common interest.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Italy Rashad Aslanov also attended the meeting.
