The information spread by the opposing side that on September 12, at around 20:30, the Azerbaijan Army units allegedly subjected to fire the positions of the Armenian armed forces units stationed in the direction of the Kilsakand settlement is completely false, the Ministry of Defense told AZERTAC.
“We categorically deny the information spread by the Armenian defense ministry,” the ministry said.
