Co-chair of Nizami Ganjavi International Center attends Imperial Springs International Forum

Ismail Serageldin, Co-chair of the Nizami Ganjavi International Center, participated in the 2024 Imperial Springs International Forum held in Madrid on December 11-12.

The forum brought together over 100 political leaders from more than 40 countries, including international experts, former heads of state and government, and representatives of international organizations.

Chinese President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory letter to the forum, emphasizing its achievements over the past decade. Xi highlighted the forum's commitment to multilateralism, in-depth discussions on global governance issues, and its role in promoting understanding and exchanges between China and other nations.

Notable participants included Valdis Zatlers, former President of Latvia; Petar Stoyanov and Rosen Plevneliev, former Presidents of Bulgaria; Boris Tadic, former President of Serbia; Mladen Ivanic, former President of Bosnia and Herzegovina; and Ivo Josipović, former President of Croatia, among others.

The 2024 Imperial Springs International Forum, themed "Collective Action for One Future," was co-hosted by the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, the Australia China Friendship and Exchange Association, the Guangdong Provincial Government, and the World Leadership Alliance-Club de Madrid.
