Polad Bulbuloglu, Azerbaijani Ambassador to the Russian Federation, was awarded with the “Friend of the Media” commemorative medal of the TASS News Agency on Monday.
The honorary medal as well as the diploma were presented to the Azerbaijani ambassador by Andrey Kondrashov, TASS Director General, during the 32nd meeting of the Council of Heads of State News Agencies of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS Information Council).
The “Friend of the Media” medal was established by TASS and is bestowed upon the public and state figures for their openness and kindness towards media.
