AZERTAC unveils photo exhibition commemorating Great Leader Heydar Aliyev's centenary in Moscow

A photo exhibition dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev, organized by AZERTAC, has been inaugurated at the Azerbaijan Cultural Center, operating under the Russian Office of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in Moscow.

 

The exhibition showcases approximately 50 rare photographs carefully curated from AZERTAC’s extensive archive. These images vividly capture various phases of the National Leader's life and activities. The event stands as a significant component of the "Year of Heydar Aliyev", shedding light on the Great Leader's interactions with prominent figures in Russia's political, social, and cultural spheres. Additionally, it highlights his press conferences and visits to different regions of Russia.

 

Distinguished guests at the opening ceremony included Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu, representatives from the Russian office of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, members of the Russian Azerbaijani Youth Union, and other notable figures.

 

Ambassador Polad Bulbuloglu emphasized the profound significance of the exhibition organized by AZERTAC, expressing delight at the extensive celebrations of the 100th anniversary of Heydar Aliyev throughout all regions of Russia. He commented, "Here we can view quite rare photos. Some of them are so rare that even I saw them for the first time."

 

Tamilla Ahmadova, the head of the humanitarian programs department of the Russian Office of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, highlighted the exceptional nature of the photo exhibition initiated by the Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Leyla Aliyeva.

 

The exhibition will run for a month.
