A delegation from the Cybersecurity Center of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan has visited the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA).
As part of the visit, the Uzbek delegation met with Akif Baghirov, Adviser to the Chairman of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, and Elnur Eyvazli, Director of the Information and Cybersecurity Department.
The meeting focused on an exchange of views regarding the improvement of legal and regulatory frameworks for cybersecurity. The discussions also covered the practical implementation of FINCERT (Financial Computer Emergency Response Team) operations and various scenarios for managing cyber threats within the financial banking sector.
