The Azerbaijan Railways CJSC (ADY), affiliated with AZCON Holding, and the Turkish State Railways (TCDD) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
The document was signed by Rovshan Rustamov, Chairman of ADY, and Veysi Kurt, Director General and Chairman of the Board of TCDD. The MoU aims to significantly strengthen and expand bilateral cooperation in the railway sector.
Under the terms of the agreement, the two organizations will collaborate on infrastructure development, traffic management, the implementation of joint innovative solutions, staff training, and the exchange of technical information.
