Azerbaijan's Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) has announced that extensive demining operations were conducted across the Tartar, Aghdara, Kalbajar, Aghdam, Khojaly, Khankendi, Khojavand, Lachin, Shusha, Fuzuli, Gubadli, Jabrayil, and Zangilan districts during January.
During the operations, 505 anti-personnel mines, 257 anti-tank mines, and 1,497 unexploded ordnances (UXOs) were discovered and neutralized.
In total, 3,583.8 hectares were cleared of mines and UXOs over the past month, ANAMA reported.
