Samir Mammadov, Azerbaijan’s Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport, participated in an event titled “Developing Efforts to Triple the Use of Nuclear Energy by 2050,” held as part of the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP29) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change in Baku.
In his speech, Samir Mammadov noted that discussions on climate change will contribute to deepening cooperation on a global scale.
The Deputy Minister emphasized Azerbaijan’s determination to become one of the leading countries in renewable energy.
