The Azerbaijani parliamentary delegation, led by Musa Guliyev, Chairman of the Labor and Social Policy Committee of the Milli Majlis, will observe the referendum in Kazakhstan scheduled for October 6.
The Azerbaijani MPs will assess the preparations and conditions for the referendum concerning the construction of a nuclear power plant in Kazakhstan. They will also monitor voter turnout and the ballot counting process.
