The third International Azerbaijan Exhibition of Chinese Companies and Automobiles has started at the Baku Expo Center, Report informs.

The exhibition will last until September 19.

More than 70 Chinese companies are participating in the exhibition, presenting various products: consumer goods, household appliances, auto parts, as well as repair and construction tools and materials.

The main goal of the exhibition is to create conditions for Chinese entrepreneurs to enter the Azerbaijani market.

Vice President of the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations of Azerbaijan Vugar Zeynalov, who spoke at the opening ceremony of the exhibition, noted that such events contribute to strengthening trade and economic ties between Azerbaijan and China, creating a favorable platform for business interaction and exchange of experience between companies of the two countries.

Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Agency for the Development of Small and Medium Businesses (KOBIA) under the Ministry of Economy Hikmat Mammadov, in turn, noted that such events are an indicator of strong relations between Azerbaijan and China.

In addition, Mammadov expressed hope that agreements between companies will be concluded at bilateral meetings of business structures within the exhibition.
