During the meeting, the sides discussed the progress of a project by Belarus specialists for creating an agrarian settlement in the village of Gizil Kangarli of the Agdam district.
The two also underscored that applying Belarusian expertise in the reconstruction of the liberated territories could further enhance the existing cooperation between the two countries.
