Rovshan Najaf, President of the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), met with Bojan Kumer, Slovenian Minister of the Environment, Climate and Energy.
During the meeting, the sides hailed the successful development of relations between Azerbaijan and Slovenia in the energy sector. The two emphasized the broad potential for enhancing cooperation in the field of natural gas supply.
Subsequently, a Memorandum of Understanding on expanding cooperation in gas supply was signed between SOCAR and Geoplin, Slovenia's largest gas supply company.
