Positive balance of Azerbaijan’s foreign trade decreases 28%

In January-September this year, Azerbaijan conducted trade operations with foreign countries for $39.103 billion, Report informs referring to the State Customs Committee.

 

This is 1.8% less than in the same period last year.

 

Some $26.489 billion came from exports, and $12.614 billion from imports. Over the past year, exports decreased by 10.3%, while imports increased by 22.5%.

 

Ultimately, there was a positive balance in foreign trade for $13.875 billion. This is 27.8% less than a year ago.
