Tural Mehman oghlu Alakbarov was appointed chairman of the Khojaly District Court, as reflected in President Ilham Aliyev's Decree ‘On the appointment of a number of first instance court judges and changing the duties of some first instance court judges’, Report informs.
According to the decree, Alakbarov was released from the post of judge of Goranboy District Court and appointed as judge and chairman of Khojaly District Court.
