President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on raising monthly salaries of active duty military personnel and employees with special ranks in a number of organizations.

The organizations are as follows:

Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

State Border Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

State Service for Mobilization and Conscription of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

State Security Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

Foreign Intelligence Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

Main Department of Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

Penitentiary Service and Main Medical Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

Security Service of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

State Service for Special Communications and Information Security of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

State Agency for the Protection of Strategic Facilities of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Under the decree, the monthly salaries of active duty military personnel and employees with special ranks in the above-mentioned organizations will see an average growth of 10 percent starting from January 1, 2025.

The Cabinet of Ministers is instructed to address issues arising from this decree.
