President of the International Turkic Academy Shahin Mustafayev met with Kazakhstan's Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Alibek Bakayev to explore avenues for enhanced collaboration.
Academician Mustafayev provided an overview of the Academy’s activities and ongoing projects. Deputy Minister Bakayev praised the agreement on a common Turkic alphabet comprising 34 letters, reached at the third meeting of the Turkic World Common Alphabet Commission in Baku this September. He highlighted the alphabet’s potential to foster mutual understanding and bolster cooperation among Turkic-speaking nations.
Bakayev also expressed Kazakhstan's commitment to supporting the Academy’s initiatives and collaborating on shared goals. Discussions further covered the Academy’s 2025 plans, with a focus on advancing scientific partnerships among Turkic countries.
