Report informs that this was said by Ulkar Sattarova, director of the State Agency for Science and Higher Education under the Ministry of Science and Education.
He noted that in the next year's state budget, compared to this year, the funds allocated to science have been increased:
"It is planned to implement motivational measures for scientists who are active in science and publish their articles in prestigious journals of the world. Some universities give awards to their teachers who publish good articles on their individual initiative.
However, this is not systematic among higher education institutions. It takes 1 to 2 years to publish a good article, which is a long process. Therefore, it is planned to reward scientists and prepare and present a science financing mechanism."
