Russian deputy FM, Hamas delegation mull ways to ceasefire in Gaza
A delegation of the Palestinian radical movement Hamas, led by Deputy Chairman of the Hamas Politburo Musa Abu-Marzouk, has held consultations with Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Bogdanov in Moscow, Report informs referring to a Hamas statement.
"A delegation of the Islamic resistance movement Hamas, led by the head of the movement’s international relations department, Musa Abu Marzouk, has met with the special envoy of the Russian President for the Middle East and Africa, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov at the headquarters of the Russian Foreign Ministry in Moscow on January 19 afternoon," the movement said in a statement.
The parties held political consultations and discussed ways to ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
