A charity event marking the World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day and the New Year holidays has been held in Luanda, Angola.
The gathering, co-organized by the Friends of Azerbaijan Organization established in Nigeria and the German-Azerbaijani Friendship Society operating in German city of Hanover, was attended by the teachers and students of the Camunga Symphony Orchestra.
Founder and President of the Friends of Azerbaijan Organization Billura Bayramova Bernard, currently living in Angola, informed the event participants about the World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day.
“The musicians of Camunga Symphony Orchestra have been practicing Azerbaijani songs since September seeking to promote Azerbaijan’s national musical pieces in Angolam,” Billura Bayramova noted.
The event also featured performance of Azerbaijani music by the Camunga Symphony Orchestra.
