The Grain Corridor has resumed operations from the southern coast of Ukraine and is now working efficiently, Mykhailo Podolyak, Adviser to the Head of the Office of President of Ukraine, told Report.

According to him, more than 8 million tons of cargo have already been transported without any deal with Russia: "Likewise, the story that Crimea was effectively defended as an impregnable fortress has also been proven false. Throughout the year, we carried out effective strikes on all military and transit corridors, logistics centers, and military bases in Crimea. I think it will continue."

The adviser said that this is a strategic success of Ukraine in the southern direction in the war with Russia:

"This shows that Russia is not as strong as many people think. There are the right technological solutions and these are the issues we are currently working on. The right technological solutions to increase the scale of military production and military supply will allow for greater results."

Podolyak said that Romania, Bulgaria, and Türkiye are currently participating in the operation of the Grain Corridor along with Ukraine: "Türkiye is closer to the coast. The corridor has been working effectively for 4-4.5 months and is actively helping us to sell products in the foreign market. Because the budget requires income. Some countries are participating in this work, helping to organize all this materially and technically."

According to the official of the Office of the President of Ukraine, high-tech solutions are applied in terms of military protection of the corridor, such as underwater and surface drones.

"In any case, this is a feature that emphasizes the creativity and production capacity of the Ukrainian military industry. Accordingly, this result is a truly significant contribution to the overall bid for victory, driving out a large fleet, destroying a large number of ships."
