Strong earthquakes hit Indonesia and Vanuatu on Wednesday, Anadolu Agency reports citing the US Geological Survey.
An earthquake of magnitude 6.0 hit the Halmahera region of Indonesia at a depth of 119.2 kilometers (74.06 miles), according to USGS.
Earlier an earthquake of magnitude 6.7 hit Vanuatu, a South Pacific Ocean nation.
The earthquake, with its epicenter in Port-Olry, struck the country in early morning, USGS said.
Its depth was recorded at nearly 10 kilometers (6.2 miles).
There were no reports of casualties from both countries.
