Elchin Babayev, Rector of the Baku State University (BSU) met with Tuimebayev Zhanseit, Rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
The meeting saw discussions on enhancing the existing cooperation between the two universities.
The parties commended the agreement on the dual diploma program in maritime and energy law specialization signed in 2020 between the two universities.
The two discussed plans related to the collaborative research projects between BSU and Kazakh National University.
The sides agreed to conduct joint scientific researches, as well as organize symposiums and conferences with a view to expanding scientific cooperation.
The rectors also underscored the importance of teacher and student exchanges between the two universities.
