The Baku State University (BSU) and Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University have signed a memorandum of understanding.
The document, signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Rector of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University Tolegen Mukhtar Adilbekovich outlines joint projects aimed at improving and aligning the educational processes of faculties, institutes, and colleges of both universities with international standards. These include conferences, exhibitions, seminars, symposiums, short-term courses, and training sessions, as well as collaborative scientific research. The agreement also covers joint publications in scientific journals, the development of joint academic programs, curricula, and syllabi, and the exchange of academic and administrative staff, students, postgraduates, doctoral candidates, and researchers.
Founded in1952, Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, one of prestigious higher education institutions of Kazakhstan, is listed 24th in the QS Asia Universities Rankings.
