Baku State University (BSU) and Japan's Kumamoto University signed an agreement on cooperation.
The document was inked by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and President of Kumamoto University Ogawa Hisao.
The agreement envisages the exchange of academic and administrative staff, students and researchers, research materials and scientific publications between the universities.
Kumamoto University (KU) is one of the oldest universities in Japan supporting a wide spectrum of educational and research activities, ranked 901-950th in the QS Universities Rankings among the world universities, and 801-1000th in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings.
