Rafael Abbasov was born in 1983 in the charming city of Nakhchivan, Azerbaijan. After completing his secondary education in his hometown from 1990 to 2001, he was admitted to the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction.
Deciding to specialize in his favorite field, the young man pursued his second higher education at the Prydniprovska State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture in Ukraine. After completing his education and returning to his homeland, it was time for Rafael Abbasov to prove himself.
