The Azerbaijan Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) announced the number of mines detected during the demining operations conducted in the liberated territories in January 2023, Report informs.
According to ANAMA, 123 anti-personnel mines, 40 anti-tank mines, and 203 unexploded ordnance were found and neutralized during mine clearance operations in the liberated territories.
As a result, 734.7 hectares were cleared of mines and unexploded ordnance.
