The Space Agency of Azerbaijan (Azercosmos), a company of AZCON Holding, and the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (ARCEP) of the Republic of Chad have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of digital transformation, innovation centers and export of digital products.
The memorandum aims to foster economic, industrial, and scientific, technological cooperation in the field of satellite services and space exploration.
The document outlines a collaborative framework for developing the space ecosystem, spanning strategic consulting, satellite management, and satellite operations. The parties also intend to explore opportunities for cooperation in radio frequency management, geographic information systems, remote sensing, satellite communications, satellite management and ground systems.
