President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order awarding a group of individuals for their significant contributions to the development of the Azerbaijani diaspora.
Under the order, Jahangir Novruzov was awarded the Honorary Diploma of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Masud Ashina was conferred the “Shohrat” (Glory) Order, while Ziya Zakir Ajar received the “Dostlug” (Friendship) Order.
In addition, Akif Alaferdov, Khalil Kalantar, Sevinj Karimova, Farida Panahova, Bakhtiyar Sirajov, and Khadija Zeynalova were awarded the “Taraggi” (Progress) Medal.
The awards recognize their effective efforts in strengthening friendship between peoples and advancing the development of the Azerbaijani diaspora.
