The Turkish media outlets have widely covered the remarks made by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev during his interview with local TV channels on Tuesday.
The articles published by Turkish news agencies, newspapers, information portals and TV channels highlighted President Ilham Aliyev’s remarks on the close cooperation between Ankara and Baku, as well as inadmissibility of terrorism along any of Türkiye’s borders.
The articles drew the readers’ attention to the Azerbaijani President’s views on developments in the Middle East, especially in Palestine and Syria.
The key attention was drawn to President Ilham Aliyev's statements on the inadmissibility of an arms race in the South Caucasus, the President’s views on the prospects for peace with Armenia, and his criticism of France, that incited anti-Azerbaijani hysteria.
Several media outlets also highlighted remarks made by the Azerbaijani President on regional communications, and the opening of the Zangezur corridor.
