Commending his stay in Azerbaijan, the minister noted: "The most crucial issue at the moment is to begin our bilateral collaboration. Our country is endowed with a wealth of natural resources, and Azerbaijan also has extensive experience in this area. With your expertise, we will enhance our development in these sectors."
