The chairmanship of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States (TURKPA) has been transferred from Türkiye to Azerbaijan.
Such a decision was made during the 13th meeting of the TURKPA Council held in Baku.
Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye Numan Kurtulmus handed over the chairmanship of TURKPA to Speaker of Azerbaijan’s Mİlli Majlis of Sahiba Gafarova.
