“We are seriously concerned over the recent visit of Greek Defense Minister Nikos Dendias to Armenia, as well as the essence of the Armenia's military relations with Greece,” the Western Azerbaijan Community said in a statement.

“According to the reports, during the visit, an agreement was reached on Greek side’s increasing its military support to Armenia, including its participation in the management of the Armenian army. Furthermore, Minister Dendias also highlighted efforts to establish a quadripartite military cooperation format between Greece, Armenia, France and India.

Armenia's rapid arming with the support of France, India, and Greece, as well as the emerging role of France and Greece in the management of the Armenian army, plans to create a quadripartite format of military cooperation cause serious concern.

The intention to set up such a quadripartite format of military cooperation between Greece, Armenia, France and India - the countries located in different regions, contradicts the UN Charter and international law. By such actions France, India and Greece are pushing Armenia towards another military aggression against Azerbaijan.

The Western Azerbaijan Community demands from the Armenian government not to make adventure, stop the policy of militarization, opt for a peaceful solution with Azerbaijan, including provide conditions for the return of the Azerbaijanis expelled from Armenia," the Community added.
