In accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, President Ilham Aliyev has presented the candidacy of Fikrat Farrukh oglu Mammadov to the Milli Majlis for his appointment as a judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The issue will be considered by the parliament in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 130 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
