The Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Kenya Sultan Hajiyev met with the Prosecutor General of this country, Renson Mulele Ingonga, Report informs.
The Prosecutor General highly appreciated the opening of the Azerbaijani embassy in Kenya last year and wished the diplomat success in his work.
Ingonga noted that cooperation on mutual legal assistance, exchange of experience in the fight against corruption and terrorism, as well as the involvement of prosecutors in joint training will be useful for both sides.
The ambassador informed the Prosecutor General about the successful conduct and results of the early presidential elections in Azerbaijan. He recalled that Azerbaijan will host COP29 in 2024, and WUF13 in 2026.
