“I express my gratitude to Azerbaijan for granting us the opportunity to observe presidential election,” said Pedro de Morais Neto, an international observer and member of the Angolan Parliament.
Based on his observations, Neto expressed confidence that the election is being conducted in a transparent and free manner.
