Deputy Chairman of the New Azerbaijan Party (YAP), Head of the Central Apparatus Tahir Budagov has met with head of the headquarters of the CIS observer mission Yevgeny Kozyak.

During the meeting, Yevgeny Kozyak highlighted the structure and activities of the CIS observation mission, emphasizing the organization`s extensive experience in monitoring elections in Azerbaijan. He expressed keen interest in the upcoming presidential election scheduled for February 7 and noted the initial observations of the pre-election campaign, highlighting the preparation and equal opportunities provided to all candidates.

Hailing Azerbaijan`s rich electoral experience, Deputy Chairman of the New Azerbaijan Party Tahir Budagov emphasized the creation of conducive conditions for holding the upcoming presidential election in a just, transparent and democratic manner. Tahir Budagov also underlined the exceptional interest among Azerbaijani citizens in the election.

The Deputy Chairman commended the activity of the CIS observation mission and wished them success.
