Our observation mission has been active in Azerbaijan since January 17, with our long-term observers deployed across the country. We have visited more than 20 regions to closely observe the voting environment at polling stations,” said head of the headquarters of the CIS observer mission Yevgeny Kozyak.

Yevgeny Kozyak emphasized that the conducted observations indicate a high level of preparedness for the voting day: "Based on our observations thus far, we believe that the presidential election scheduled for February 7 in Azerbaijan will be conducted at a sufficiently high level. On election day, our 170 long-term observers will visit numerous regions to closely monitor the election processes. I would also like to note that this marks the 11th visit of the CIS observation mission to Azerbaijan."
