Chairman of the Board of Azerbaijan’s Center for Analysis of International Relations (CAIR) Farid Shafiyev, said that the proposals sent by Armenia regarding the peace treaty are unacceptable.
In a statement to Report, he said that it is absurd for the occupying country to send an offer to abandon arms to Azerbaijan, the country that suffered from occupation for 30 years.
"Armenia itself should be disarmed. Unfortunately, we currently see the double standards of the West. Every kind of support is given to the aggressor country. Therefore, all these proposals are unacceptable and are nothing more than PR," he said.
