This year, early bookings of Russian citizens for summer holidays in Azerbaijan are 79% more than last year, Report informs citing the foreign press.
According to the information, the early bookings of Russian tourists for the summer holidays increased 3 times in Kazakhstan, Thailand, Italy and Georgia, 2 times in Belarus, and 68% in Armenia.
In general, the early bookings of Russian citizens increased by 30% within the country and 77% in foreign destinations compared to a year ago.
In addition, this year, Azerbaijan ranked 6th among the countries where Russian citizens plan their summer vacation. Also, the top 10 also include Belarus, Abkhazia, Türkiye, Georgia, Italy, Armenia, France, Thailand and Kazakhstan.
