Expert commissions will be established in connection with the snap presidential elections to be held in Azerbaijan on February 7, the secretary of the Central Election Commission (CEC), Arifa Mukhtarova, said at the consultation on the judicial settlement of election disputes, Report informs.
"To investigate decisions, inactions, and actions that violate the right to vote of citizens in connection with the extraordinary presidential elections, expert commissions consisting of 9 members will be established in the CEC, and expert commissions consisting of 3 members will be set up in the constituency election commissions," she said.
Mukhtarova said the content of the illegal action should be reflected in the submitted complaints.
