Ukrainian MP from the ruling Servant of the People party Yuriy Kamelchuk has congratulated the Azerbaijanis living in Ukraine on the International Solidarity Day of Azerbaijanis.
A congratulatory letter sent to the Eastern European bureau of the Report reads:
“I congratulate all Azerbaijanis on the International Solidarity Day of Azerbaijanis. I know that you, the Azerbaijanis living here, have been part of Ukrainian society for a long time. Many of you are now defending the territorial integrity of Ukraine in the war with Russia. Your heroism shown in Azerbaijan is an example for Ukraine. Your strong position in Ukrainian society, and your important role in the economic and cultural life of our country, which enriches and strengthens Ukrainian statehood, evokes great respect. I thank Azerbaijan and Azerbaijanis! Happy holidays!"
